Organised application file
A place to gather the information solicitors usually need — assets, beneficiaries, and relationships — so fewer details are missing when they apply. We do not lodge with the Court.
Letter of Administration
A Letter of Administration is issued by the Supreme Court when someone dies without a valid will (intestacy). The administrator is usually the closest next of kin and has similar duties to an executor. The grant is the official authority to collect assets, pay debts, and distribute under the intestacy rules of that State or Territory.
WillCloud Made Simple
A place to gather the information solicitors usually need — assets, beneficiaries, and relationships — so fewer details are missing when they apply. We do not lodge with the Court.
Upload and organise death certificates, identity papers, and asset records. Share them with family and a solicitor under permission controls. We do not file with the Court for you.
Keep administrators, advisers, and beneficiaries aligned with one set of documents and status, instead of competing email threads.
